Based on analyzing comprehensively the status of demand and features for the decision support system for the management and planning of municipal solid waste, the system analysis and system design of the usersoriented decision support system were completed, and the decision support system was also developed tentatively by using a software engineering method. The decision support system includes database management system which includes compost database, landfill database, incineration database, comprehensive process database; and model database management system which includes model , model database and figure database. The decision support system possesses the capabilities of operator and computer interaction, information supporting and supplementary model decisionmaking, design, calculation, prediction and evaluation; and the high practical capability, agility and easy operation.

The pollution of city' s life waste is becoming a severity environmental problem on the road of city' s development.Landfill is the main method in our country at present,and the selection of site is the key process in the whole project.GIS technology is introduced to the site selecting of landfill in this paper.The weightiness of indexes are got through AHP method.Compared to the traditional method,GIS technique can get rapid result.Three alternate sites are give out according to the environment plan.

填埋仍然是目前我国城市生活垃圾处理的主要方式;将GIS技术引入芜湖市的城市生活垃圾填埋场选址研究,采用AHP法得出选址影响因子的权重值;与传统方法相比,利用GIS技术能够得出快速的选址结果;按环卫规划给出了3个候选场址。

Standard method and rapid method have been used for the determination of COD_(Cr) in landfill leachate.The results are 2018 mg/L and 2074 mg/L respectively. The average value of COD_(Cr) is 2046 mg/L, with 2.5% and 3.0% RSD respectively.The results of ANOVA by analysis software Origin 7.0 show that the rapid method is reliable,as the population means of two selected methods are not significantly different at the 0.05 level.

用标准法和快速法测定了垃圾渗滤液的CODCr,结果分别为2018mg/L和2074mg/L,平均值为2046mg/L,相对标准偏差分别为2.5%和3.0%.用Origin7.0专业数据分析和绘图软件对测定结果进行了方差分析,结果表明,在规定的0.05显著性水平上,标准法和快速法没有明显的差异,说明快速法测定垃圾渗滤液的CODCr是可靠的.
