Studies on Organosilicon Compounds with Biological Activity(Ⅻ)──Synthesis of N-Alkyl-N-trimethylsilyl-5-t-butyl-2-furoamides and Their Biological Activity
Plasma Polymerization of three organosilicon compounds, hexamethyldisiloxane (M_2), hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D_3), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D_4), were carried out in a capacitively coupled tuber reactor with external electrodes. Polymers were deposited on the porous polypropylene substrase.
A new method was successfully used to synthesize two organosilicon compounds(PST1:PST2:and thestructures of interwediate compounds and products were confirmed by elementary analysis,IR and 1HNMR,The conditions that affected the chlorination in ultraviolet light, the Grig-nard reaction and the condensation reaction were discussed;the biological activities of PST1and PST2 have been tested.
The synthesis of CPTES was researched, and synthesis of Si-69 adopting the homemade raw material, choosing the craft route of the cheap raw material in price, synthesizing in low cost and high property, and the same time developed the different sulfur content of sulfur-containing organosilicon compounds A-1589 to satisfy customer's demand.
The properties of films formed on the water surface by rigid molecules of organosilicon compounds, oligomeric silsesquioxanes containing phenyl and ethyl side groups, are studied.
A reaction of 3-aminopropyl(triethoxy)silane with acetylacetone gave a mixture of two isomeric carbon-functionalized organosilicon compounds capable of complexation and sol-gel polymerization.
The research work on biological organosilicon compounds has been ad-vancing very rapidly and attracting more and more attention from the scientists. In fact,it has formed a new branch of organosilicon chemistry. This article reviews briefly therecent developments in toxicology of organosilicon compounds, the organosilicon pharma-ceutical chemistry, and the organosilicon pesticides.
Four classes of cyclopropyl containing organosilicon compounds were synthesized by the method of organolithium compounds. The stereoisomers of the organosilicon compounds were seperated and the configurations were identified.
The additions of organosilicon compounds containing Si-H bonds to 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropyl allyl ether are studied. A series of unreported organosilicon com-pounds have been synthesized. The method of synthesis of 2 , 2 , 3 , 3-tetrafluo-ropropyl allyl ether is improved. Some works on organosiliconpolymers containing fluorine are reported.
