It is pointed out that, responsivity to radiation power, R_(pv), and noise equivalent power, NEP(v), are not good parameters to characterize far-infrared video detectors when sizes of detector components are not orders of magnitude greater than operating wavelengths. Based on the theory of the angular spectrum of plane waves, it is shown that responsivity to the flux density, R_(Fv), antenna pattern, P_(nv)(θ, φ), noise equivalent flux density, NEF(v)are parameters for characterizing the performances of far infrared video detectors for radiometric applications. Methods of measuring these parameters are briefly described. Typical measured results of InSb far-infrared hot electron bolometers are given.

The diaphragm was blackened, then its true temperature distribution can be obtained by the infrared imagine. For the pressure sensor at ranges of 3MPa and 0.6Mpa, measurements were made under conditions of different values of voltage in mediums of air and transformer oil. The results indicated that strain gauge temperature increased with the voltage value and it was nonuniform. The temperature of the sensor with air as a medium is higher than that with oil. According to these results the effect on the accuracy of pressure measurement can be determined. A FDM numerical analysis of the diaphragm temperature field of the pressure sensor is also presented in this paper.

The thermal conduction coupling with the radiation within the glass (semitransparent medium) with the boundary conditions of heat convection is numerically calculated to investigate the variations of outside temperatures. From the outside temperature of glass,the flame temperature in the surface layer of porous medium can be obtained by using the relation calculated. This method that removes the influence of quartz on measured flame temperature is significant in practice.

在用辐射测温法研究多孔介质燃烧器中火焰温度分布时,因石英玻璃窗不能透过热象仪所能响应的火焰红外辐射波段,而不能直接测出玻璃内侧的火焰温度。该文通过对石英玻璃(属半透明介质)内热传导与热辐射耦合,边界为对流换热的数值计算,研究了石英玻璃内、外表面温度分布的变化规律的相应关联式,从而由所测石英玻璃外表面的温度分布推算出内侧多孔介质表面层的火焰分布。这种消除玻璃对测量温度影响的方法具有一定的实用意义。
