Variability in the response of the pulmonary vascular bed to hypoxia has been recognized for many years. Recently it is known that Hilltop SD rat has high susceptibility to hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. In these experi-mants the Hilltop ( HT ) rats from USA and Wistar ( W ) rats were placed in the same hypobaric chamber. Hemodynamic parameters and the first derivative of right ventricular pressure (dp/dt) were recorded with an eight channel polygraph. Data processing was done by DYNABYTE micro-computer. The result of RVSP after chronic hypoxia in HT rats in our experimants and Ou's are very close. After hypoxic exposure for 4, 10, 20, 30, 40 days the elevation of pulmonary arterial pressure in HT rats was much higher than that in W rats.The peak of positive dp/dt and the ratio of dp/dtmax to RYSP, as indicators of rnyocardial contractility increased along with the raise of PAP in both strains of rats after hypoxic exposure for 4 to 20 days.The same tendency of peak of negative dp/dt and the ratio of -dp/dtmax to RVSP which were used to reflect ventricular relaxation were observed in both strains of rats as well.However,the data of heart function were higher in HT rats than those in w rats, showing statistical signficance. This implies that the compensative ability of right ventricular function in HT rats was better than that in W rats. After 30 days hypoxic exposure, the ±dp/dtmax, the ratio of dp/dtmax to RVSP and the ratio of -dp/dtmax to RVSP decreased.The mechanism of the different susceptibility to hypoxia in these two strains of rats needs further investigation.

将国外引进繁殖的“缺氧敏感大鼠”(Hilltop SD)和国内常用的实验大鼠(Wistar)同时放在模拟5000米高度的低压舱内进行慢性缺氧,(分平原对照和缺氧4、10、20、30、40天六组),发现HT大鼠的肺动脉压升高程度明显大于W大鼠。在缺氧20天以内,随着肺动脉压的升高,两种大鼠右室心肌收缩性能指标[+dp/dt_(max),(+dp/dt_(max)(/RVSP)和舒张性能指标[-dp/dt_(max),(-dp/dt_(max)/RVSP]相应增加。但HT大鼠的心脏代偿功能比W大鼠好。缺氧30天以后,上述心肌性能指标均有下降趋势。关于HT大鼠与W大鼠对缺氧敏感性的差异原因尚待进一步研究。

At altitude of 7 km, there were three different patterns of respiratory responses: ( 1 ) continuous increasing in f with decreased VT, accompanied by the symptoms of dysfunction of brain ( 5 cases ) ;( 2 ) both VT and f increased ( 4 cases ) > < 3 ) increasing in VT with relative constant f ( 2 cases ) .The above-mentioned problems were briefly discussed.

Since Vp prevents the extracellular calcium from entering the vascular smooth muscle cell, the results of our experimeat support the idea that the transmembrane calcium influx plays an essential role in the formation of hypoxic pressor response. The differences of effects of Vp on groups of rats which experienced various durations of hypoxic exposure were also discussed.

为考察Ca~(++)在缺氧性肺动脉高压形成中的作用,我们观察了钙通道阻断剂异搏定对慢性连续性缺氧大鼠肺动脉压及左右心功能的影响。将动物置于模拟海拔5000m高原的低压舱内,腹腔注射异搏定,剂量为4mg/kg BW,每日两次。实验结果表明:异搏定可以减弱缺氧15天所引起的肺动脉压升高和右心功能加强的程度,对颈动脉压及左心功能无明显影响,提示Ca~(++)的跨膜内流是构成缺氧性肺动脉高压形成的重要基础之一。我们还比较了异搏定对缺氧持续时间不同(15天、10天、5天)的大鼠肺循环的影响,并讨论了异搏定发生作用的机制。
