1987—1988年,我国东北三省1910份春大豆资源在人工气候箱中6℃下进行萌发期低温处理。结果表明:在6℃低温时下胚轴伸长受到抑制。伸长长度与抗冷性是显著正相关,而与百粒重呈显著负相关。下胚轴鲜重和干重与抗冷性的正相关也显著,但与百粒重相关性很小。在6℃发芽的种子在田间能正常出苗,相对发芽率与田间出苗率呈显著正相关。活力指数与相对发芽率呈极显著的正相关。用活力指数作抗冷指标较为准确和有效。

This paper deals with the comparative studies of germination,growth of seedlings after germination,germinal index and viability index of pumpkin(Cucurbita pepo)and cucumber(Cucumissativus)seeds treated by different salt stress.The results indicated that pumpkin seed germination has stronger adaptability to saline water habitat than cucumbers,and that the suitability of salt stress to seed germination are 0.61g/100cm 3 for pumpkin and 0 36g/100cm 3 for cucumber respectively.
