The solubility equilibria between No.1 light gas oil and liquid SO_2 as well as the distribution of the sulfurous,nitrogenous,and some unsaturated com- pounds(94% H_2SO_4 soluble)in above two phases at -10°,0° & 20℃ were presented. In comparison with other solvents,liquid SO_2 is an excellent solvent for refining shale oil,as it has better selectivity and higher capacity for extrac- tion of sulfur and nitrogen compounds.It was found that at 0℃,with liquid SO_2/oil ratio 0.65(volume ratio)and two theoretical stages,the refined pro- ducts satisfy the requirements for the kerosene and light diesel oil. A method for the solubility equilibrium prediction and an empirical for- mula for calculation of the refined product yield were also given.

Three different additives (701, 711, 711A) of barium salt of alkyl-phenol type for motor lubricating oil have been synthesized, and their effects on the performance of motor lubricants produced from the Soviet crude oil of Second Baku and Yumen crude oil have been investigated. Their viscosity-index improving, oiliness, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and detergent properties have been evaluated. Three different additives (701, 711, 711A) of barium salt of alkyl-phenol type for motor lubricating oil have been synthesized, and their effects on the performance of motor lubricants produced from the Soviet crude oil of Second Baku and Yumen crude oil have been investigated. Their viscosity-index improving, oiliness, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and detergent properties have been evaluated. The motor lubricants with above three additives added have also been tested on a single cylinder engine. For comparison, a Soviet. diesel lubricant of -14 has been selected and a Soviet additive -1 has been used for parallel runs. Tests show that additive 701 improves the viscosity-index, slightly, but additives 711 and-711A produce a somewhat unfavorable effect. Additive 711A shows the best result on improving oiliness. It also improves the anti-corrosion property significantly of the motor lubricant of Yumen origin. All three additives 701, 711 and 711A show good anti-oxidation property below 250℃, but deteriorate rapidly at higher temperatures, such that this additive effect becomes almost nil at 300℃. For detergent effect, additive 711A improves Second Baku crude oil motor lubricant from grade 6 to 1 on model engine test. Preliminary engine tests of motor lubricant containing additive 711A on a gasoline type single cylinder engine show that less acid is formed, viscosity is lowered, less deposit is found on pistons and rings, and less corrosion is observed.

試驗了三种自制的烷基酚鋇盐多效能潤滑油添加剂(701、711、711A)对土依馬賽含硫原油15号車用机油和玉門原油10号車用机油的粘度-溫度性能、潤滑性能、腐蝕性能、抗氧化性能以及清淨性能的影响。并在国产汽化式單汽缸發动机上作了綜合性馬达評定。为了比較起見,采用苏联产的添加剂АзНИИ-ЦИАТИМ-1和柴油机油ДП-14作了平行試驗。試驗結果表明:自制的701添加剂可以稍为改善潤滑油的粘度-溫度特性,711和711A添加剂对潤滑油的粘度-溫度特性則略有不利的影响。711A添加剂在潤滑性能方面的效果最大。在抗腐蝕性能方面,711A添加剂对玉門原油10号車用机油有显著效果,701和711添加剂的效果則較差。在低于250°的氧化条件下,701、711、711A三种添加剂都有良好的抗氧化稳定性,但在300°的氧化条件下,則几乎完全失去作用。在清净性能方面,711A添加剂可以使土依馬賽含硫原油15号車用机油由6級的清净性提高到1級。在初步用国产汽化式單汽缸馬达試驗中,証明711A添加剂可以降低發动机潤滑油在使用过程中的酸值和粘度,同时可以改善其清净性能、抗腐蝕性能及磨耗性能。

The hydrogenate above 220℃ from hydrogenation of No. 1 light gas oil at 70 atm. can be used as No. 10 diesel oil, and the fraction below 220℃, if mixed with the absorbed oil and hydrogenated at 70 atm. once more, can produce jet fuel T-2. It was found that the 50% boiling point range 150—182℃ of the hydrogenate may be considered as the main constituent of jet fuel. In one stage hydrogenation of No. 1 light gas oil at 200 atm. with MoS_2 catalyst, the yield of jet fuel T-2 is 24.7%. If submitted the diesel oil fraction to further destructive hydrogenation, 12.9% jet fuel and 22.9% base oil of aviation gasoline were obtained.

進行了在MoS_2-活性炭催化劑上撫順頁岩一號輕油及頁岩回收輕質油的中壓和高壓加氫試製航空煤油的研究.一號輕油在70大氣壓下加氫所得的高於220°的餾分可作為10號柴油用;低於220°的餾分與回收輕質油混合再在70大氣壓下加氫一次,則可以得到T-2航空煤油.我們發現50%的沸點範圍為150—182°的加氫生成油可以作為航空煤油的主要組分。在MoS_2催化劑上,一號輕油經200大氣壓一段加氫,可得到T-2航空煤油24.7%;一段加氫所得柴油餾分再進行一次裂解加氫,可得到12.9%的航空煤油和22.9%的航空基油.
