    In this paper a model for underwater acoustic channels is established. By means of this model a general expression is derived for the space-time correlation function produced by a noise source in random multipath dispersion channels.

Thus it gives a simple and reliable method of real-time colcrence and real-time detection for a multipath and time-spacial variable acopscic channel, specially for the shallow water region where the anvironment is much complex.A high quality shallow water release had been besigned and developed under this program. Experiments had been taken, in the shallow water in Amoy harbor, South China Sea and other regions, showing that release was sensitive and reliable, and has a good ability of anti-interference. Even under the serious condictions of 10 meters depth shallow water acoustic channel, the release distance still mainfeained more then 2.5 nautical miles.The digital correlation receiving method can alse be used to underwter digital communication and digital information transmission.

    本文介绍一种以PCM信号为输入的数字相关接收法及其在浅海声释放器上的应用。实验证明,此相关器不但具有很强的抗多路径和起伏的能力,而且实现了干扰背景下弱信号的灵敏、可靠的检测,是某些多路径和时空变的水声信道,特别在条件极其复杂的浅海区域中信息的一种简单而有效的实时相关、实时检测的方法。根据这个原理,设计和制成了高性能的浅海声释放器。实验证明,即使在水深10米左右条件复杂的浅水信道中,几十瓦指令脉冲的释放距离仍可达2.5浬以上。 本文介绍的相关接收法,可应用于水下数字通讯和模拟信息的数字传输等方面。
