合成了三种双氯芬酸金属配合物———双氯芬酸铜(Ⅱ)、双氯芬酸锌(Ⅱ)和双氯芬酸锰。通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物的组成和结构进行了初步表征;在水溶液中,利用改进的核黄素光还原NBT法测定了不同浓度模拟物和天然SOD的活性。考察了pH值及乙醇、丙酮对其SOD样活性的影响。结果表明,这三个模拟物均有SOD样活性,具有应用价值。

Objective:To identify the molecular structure of Diclofenac zinc (Die-Zn). Method:The molecular structure of Dic Zn was identified by IR and 1H-NMR, and the content of zinc in Dic-Zn was determined by complexometry. Result:The molecular structure and molecular formula of Dic-Zn were obtained from the results of IR and 1H-NMR; the content of zinc in Dic-Zn was 9. 83% according to the results of complexometry. Conclusion:The molecular formula of Dic-Zn is C28H16N2O4Cl4Zn, and the content of zinc in Dic-Zn calculated from its molecular formula is equal to that determined by complexometric titration.

目的:鉴定新型非甾体抗炎药双氯芬酸锌的分子结构及分子式。方法:以红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对双氯芬酸锌进行结构鉴定,并采用络舍滴定法测定其锌含量。结果:综合红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱结果,确定了双氯芬酸锌的分子结构及分子式;络合滴定法测得锌含量为9.83%。结论:双氯芬酸锌的分子式为C28H16N2O4Cl4Zn,从分子式得到的锌含量与络合滴定法测得的锌含量相同。
