It can also help the phytopathologist and breader to classify the data of crop resistance acceding to different standards required by the phytopathologist or breader.

The soil culture experiments were conducted to study B accumulation. SOD. CAT and POX activity in two sorts of crops, resistant and sensitive to excess B toxicity. The results indicated that B resistance and B accumulation of crops were not correlated, but B resistance was closely related to the activities of three protective enzymes (SOD. CAT. POX). It is thus speculated that crops resistance to excess B toxicity is attributable to the variety of protective enzyme activity.
