本文利用小鼠耳廓接种S—180肿瘤细胞的方法观察肿瘤生长时微循环的变化,以探讨肿瘤生长与微循环的关系。小鼠耳廓中央注入S—180肿瘤细胞悬液5μl约15×10~5个肿瘤细胞,接种后24小时血管径明显增大,血管数量明显增多,血管走行迂曲。植入后3~15天,肿瘤结节明显增大,结节边缘毛细血管增多,直径增大,血管迂曲,结节中央血管稀少,可见有坏死的组织。表明肿瘤结节的生长可以刺激周围毛细血管的增生。

The above changes may be resulted from the intoxication of oxygen free radical which efiects tissues and celle in body.

采用计算机图象定量测量方法,对在高压氧中毒后小鼠耳廓微循环的变化进行了观察和定量测量.结果表明,高压氧中毒后小鼠耳廓毛细血管开放数目减少,毛细血管密度降低.细动脉、细静脉管径减小,血流速度变慢,有红细胞聚集现象.这些变化可能是氧自由基对组织细胞的毒性作用所致.

The present expenments were designed to understand and measure changes of the auricle microcirculation of mice exposed to hyperharic oxygen (HBO, 0. 25MPa)by means of a computer image analyser. When mice were exposed to 0. 25MPa oxygen for 1 h. the capillary density in their auricles was increased remarkably,the diameters in the arteriole and venule were widened apparently ,and blood flow speed was faster. These results suggest HBO treatment can promote the function of microcirculation.

采用计算机图象定量测量方法,对在高压氧暴露(0.2MPa)后小鼠耳廓微循环的变化进行了观察和定量测量.结果表明,高压氧暴露后小鼠耳廓毛细血管密度增加,微动脉、微静脉管径增大,血流速度加快、由此说明高压氧可明显改善微循环的功能状态.
