In this paper we study the comprehensive treatment and utilization of this waste like pitch according to the principle of polymeric chemistry. After the viscous waste processed, the softening point of the waste was raised from 60 ℃ to 150 ℃. The curing technique makes the waste like viscous pitch state become a crash solid like coal with high combustion value. It can be easily smashed and burned in boiler as a fuel for anticorrosive coating....

基于高分子科学原理,对有机物合成过程中产生的粘性废料进行综合处理。燃料化:对粘性废料进行交联固化,提高废料的软化点,从60℃左右提高到150℃以上,使废料由原来的粘稠半液态变为脆性固体,得到一种热值及形态均与燃煤相似的固态燃料,可直接入普通锅炉作燃料使用;材料化:以有机废料为基本组分加入合成高分子树脂进行共混改性,制备防腐涂料,实现了废物的综合利用。

Viscid wastes such as pith often generate environmental problems. On the basis of principle of polymeric chemistry, this paper presents some treatment methods which result in the end use of viscid wastes as either fuels or raw materials for producing coating.

有机合成过程中 ,常伴有粘性有机废料产出 ,常温下呈粘稠状半液态 ,类似于焦油状沥青 ,处理困难。国内外通常的处理方法多为堆放、填埋 ,易造成严重的二次污染。以高分子科学原理为本 ,对有机物合成过程中产生的粘性废料进行燃料化、材料化处理后 ,可作燃料和防腐涂料使用。
