P. tenuipes may infecte six speci-es of Lepidoptera in the tea garden.Its infectivity will be lost when thenitrogen source from an animal is absent.P. fumosoroseus can infecteca. ten species of Lepidoptera, Hymenoptera and Diptera etc ni the teagarden. The fungal spores yielded will be up to a 340×10~8 spores/gramof the products in dry weight, when 60ml sterile water are poured intoone hundred gram culture.

These strains possessed higher pathogenicity the weight of colony increased by 24% to 70%, the amount of spores also increased by 59% to 130%. The cultivated characteristics were very different from the original strain NO 13. Since 1982, we have made a series of experiments with the enhanced strains to control the whitefly on greenhouse cucumber. We obtained good control of whitefly populations using these enhanced strains.

玫烟色拟青霉(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)B菌株,是1980年自北京郊区温室白粉虱(Trialeu-rodes vaporariorum)成虫上分离到,鉴定为玫烟色拟青霉北京变种(P.fumosoroseus var.beijingensisFang et Q.T.Chen n.var.)。野生菌株保藏到1982年后,菌株的寄生性、生长习性等均减退。但经人工诱变,得到的13—41.、13—21B.、13—48等人工突变株,在寄生性上有极显著的提高;菌落重量增加0.24—1.7倍;产孢量提高0.59—1.3倍。培养特征也有较大的差异。1982年来,在保护地内用诱变菌株混合制剂防治黄瓜上的温室白粉虱,对于减少种群和上层叶成虫数量均有显著的效果。

RS3 and RS455 were produced successfully with routine solid techniques.Cotton seed meal accelerated sporulasion significantly while rice hulls improved ventilation obviously. In shallow tray production, sporulation of RS455 by autoclaving media was approximate to that by treating media with lime water, while sporulation of RS3 by autoclaving media significantly higher than that by treating with lime water.

自国外引入金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae1株(RS455)和黄僵菌(即粉质拟青霉)Paecilomyces farinosus 2株(RS3、RS20),经室内杀虫试验证明,皆侵染马尾松毛虫,其中RS3致病力较强,RS455次之。在相对湿度33—97%的范围内,RS455发芽率远高于2株黄僵菌,而RS3发芽率随相对湿度下降速度较RS20稍慢,抗旱力稍强。采用常规的固体生产技术成功地生产出这两种真菌。棉籽粉具显著的促产孢作用,稻壳具显著的改善通气作用。在浅盘生产中,RS455高压灭菌产孢量同石灰水抑菌相近,而RS3高压灭菌产孢量显著高于石灰水抑菌。
