Methods Diluted solutions of 32 P, 37~74 mBq/1.0~1.5 ml and 18.5~37 mBq/ml, were injected, with ultrasonic guidance, into the thyroid adenoma in 30 cases and degenerated cyst of thyroid adenoma in 30 cases, all confirmed by ultrasonography, thyroid scanning and pathologic paracentesis.
Conclusion The interventional therapy under ultrasonic guidance with absolute alcohol(95%),tetracycline,Xiaozhiling injecting agent for renal cyst is safe, effective and has high cure rate, which can substitute for operation.
[Objective] To probe into the forte and usefulness of the radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of small hepatoma(diameter≤3.0 cm) with laparoscope assisting and ultrasonic guidance.
patients with primary infertility were treated by fluid infusion of Fallopian tubes under ultrasonic guidance. After operation, the curative rate of Fallopian tubes obstruction is 89.5% (51/57),the pregnancy rate is 63.2% (36/57).
72 cases were punctured through rectum by ultrasonic guidance (group C). Results The detection rate and medical costof group C were high than that of group A and B(P<0.05). The blood urine rate of group C was low than that of groupA(P<0.05), but was no significant difference with group B(P>0.05).
Use of optimal subtraction procedures and multi-angle view was key to visualizing the anatomical relationship of hepatic vein, portal vein. The different localization methods were evaluated. It is concluded that combination of indirect portal venography and ultrasonic guidance is the best approach for localization of portal vein.
We performed repeated arterial infusion chemotherapy (RAIC) in 114 advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients, using a subcutaneous reservoir implanted under ultrasonic guidance.
Three patients of suspected malignant disease of the gallbladder underwent percutaneous fineneedle aspiration for cytological examination under the ultrasonic guidance are reported. The results were all positive. This method is recommended for the diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma because of its simplicity, high yield, and reasonable safety.
The invasive ultrasonic technique used in obstetrics and gynecology was studied prospectively in three groups of patients. The first group: centesis through abdominal wall under ultrasonic guidance including amniocentesis, placing drain by abdominal centesis and centesis of pelvic masses. The second group: centesis of endometrial cysts and ectopic pregnancies with vaginal transducer. The third group: to obtain the villi from uterocavity and perform complicated operation of birth control un...
From November 1983 to August 1990, 304 punctures localized or guided by ultrasound were practised in our work.Among them, 26 punctures were carried out by means of ultrasonic localizat- ion,124 punctures,by ultrasonic crisscross localization and the rest,by ultrasonic guidance. The accuracies were 88.46%, 84.68% , 94.81%, respecfively. The results show the puncture localized or guided by ultrasound has advantages of exactness, safety and effectiveness. It can be recommended to clinic...
