Method 24 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc whose sacro spinal muscle were examined by electromygram(EMG) before and after twice drug injection into sacral canal.We also examined spontaneous potential(SP),motor unit potential mean time limit(MUP),maximal forced contraction potential(MFCP). Result After twice drug injection, patients' bilateral sacro spinal muscle SP and MUP were all significant different from their before drug injection (P< 0.05).The MUP before injection was significant different from normal value and the value after injection. The MFCP was not significant different betweetn before and after drug injection. Conclusion 24 patients gradually recovered after drug injection ,EMG manifestations restored to normal .

目的明确骶管注射疗法的作用机制及炎症反应在腰椎间盘突出症发病过程中的作用。方法随机选取 24例腰椎间盘突出症患者于骶管注药前后行腰骶棘肌肌电图检查。检测静息自发电位( SP)、运动单位动作电位平均时限( MUP)及最大用力收缩动作电位的波形( MFCP)。结果治疗前后双侧正相电位比较有显著差异( P< 0.05);双侧 MUP值治疗前与治疗后和正常值比较有显著差异( P< 0.05);双侧治疗后值和正常值比较无显著差异( P >0.05)。治疗前后 MTCP无显著差异 (P >0.05)结论经骶管注射后,患者症状减轻,肌电图检查结果趋向正常。

AIM: To investigate the mechanisms underlying the effects of ACh on isolated guinea pig ventricular myocytes. METHODS: Using standard microelectrodes and force transducer we recorded the effects of ACh (10 -5 mol/L) and various blockers such as atropine, CsCl and CdCl 2 on the action potential and force contraction in isolated ventricular myocytes of guinea pig. RESULTS: ACh(10 -5 mol/L) reduced the duration of action potential and twitch tensions by 7.31% and 37.57% respectively ( P <0.05),which could be blocked by atropine, CsCl, but not by CdCl 2. CONCLUSION: ACh (10 -5 mol/L) could cause a negative chronotropic and inotropic effects on guinea pig ventricular myocytes. These effects are related to the muscarinic receptor and the potassium channel and may not related to the calcium channel.
