A novel resolution method, target projection resolution(TPR), for overlapping peaks of hyphenated chromatography is proposed in this paper. It is based on orthogonal projection and local principle component analysis. This method proved to be an effective one on the resolution of chromatographic and spectroscopic curve of target components in overlapping peaks. The results obtained showed that the resolved spectra coincided perfectly with real spectra and that excellent correlation is kept between resolved chromatographic peak area and concentration. This method was applied to the resolution of chromatographic data table of PAHs in air borne particulate. The chromatographic and spectroscopic curve of 16 component have been resolved, and 4 component (phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene or their evolution)have been directly qualified from 3 peak clusters at retentain time 8~16 min.

基于正交投影原理和局部主成分分析, 建立了一种新的联用色谱重叠峰分辨方法: 目标投影分辨( Target Projection Resolution , T P R) 法。该法能有效地从多组分色谱重叠峰中分辨出目标组分的色谱与光谱, 所得光谱与真实光谱十分吻合, 色谱峰面积与组分浓度线性关系良好。以此方法成功解析了一大气飘尘中多环芳烃的色谱分析数据, 在保留时间8 ~16 分钟区间的3 个峰簇分中辨出了17 种组分的色谱与光谱, 并直接定性了其中4 种多环芳烃, 它们是菲、蒽、莹蒽、芘及它们的同系物。
