From the aspects of patho-morphology and functional metabolism, 51 cases of choriocarcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical and image-analytical methods. It was suggested that there be a subtle correlation between the patho-morphology of choriocarcinoma and the function, and the combination of function withmorphology plays an important role in predicting the biologic behavior and the nature of choriocarcinoma. 本文用免疫组化和图象分析的方法,从病理形态结合功能代谢的角度观察分析了51例子宫绒毛膜癌。发现-hCG含量高者,其细胞多以合体滋养细胞(ST)为主,且呈丛状生长并摸拟胎盘绒毛排列,癌细胞多同步发育;反之,STf-hCG含量低者,癌细胞则多以细胞滋养细胞和(或)中间型滋养细胞为主且呈片块状,细胞排列紊乱,发育不同步(P<0.05~0.01)。本结果提示,绒癌的病理形态与其功能代谢间有着十分微妙的关系。作者认为对绒癌等病理形态与生物学行为相关性较差的肿瘤,应引入机能形态学和动力形态学的观点。 Objective To evaluate the functional metabolism of cryopreserved homologous heart valve and blood vessels. Result All the cryopreserved homografts(23 ̄1297days) had growth ability and metabolic activities in culture. However in the first week the enzymatic activities of LDH and AST were lower( t=5.625, P<0 01) and the growth of the cells were slowlier than that of the fresh group. There had been 33 cryopreserved samples applied clinically and the follow up results were satisfying. Conclusion The cryopreservation technique used in this study for preserving heart valves and blood vessels proved suitable for clinical application. ①目的从功能代谢角度评价深低温保存同种血管和瓣膜的实际效果。②方法同种材料取自脑外伤死亡个体,修剪后以两段法完成程序降温,-196℃长期保存。复温后体外培养检测糖消耗量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和谷-草转氨酶(AST),结果与新鲜材料进行对照并统计学处理。③结果低温保存23~1297d的同种材料复温后皆有生长和代谢活性,培养7d时其LDH和AST活性较对照组明显降低(t=5.625,P<0.01),细胞生长也较新鲜组织滞后;已有33例冻存材料应用于临床,获得满意的随访效果。④结论表明现行的血管和瓣膜低温保存技术已达到临床应用的要求。 cases of signet ring cell oarcinoma of gastrointestinal tract were observed ultrastructurally.
