The results of the testing of thirty-nine bits used in various drilling teams in different provinces, show that the scientific researches on above mentioned bits arc reasonable and satisfactory.

本文阐述了电镀金刚石孕镶钻头的研制方法和原理。此种钻头适用于坚硬、致密、弱研磨性(即所谓打滑)地层的钻进。攻克“打滑地层”的途径是:(1)降低钻头胎体耐磨性,促使金刚石出刃;(2)改变钻头底唇形状,提高金刚石破碎岩石的比压,增多孔底破碎岩石的自由面,使之易于破碎岩石。从4个钻探队、39个钻头的生产试验结果来看,上述研制工作既合理又有成效。

A new high effective sintering process for producing diamond bits has been developed. As compared with hot pressing process, the sintering temperature decreased 40-80℃, the sintering time is shorten by 2/3, the consumed graphite die material is saved about 1/2.In this paper the properties of high effective sintering bits are described in detail. A new high effective sintering process for producing diamond bits has been developed. As compared with hot pressing process, the sintering temperature decreased 40-80℃, the sintering time is shorten by 2/3, the consumed graphite die material is saved about 1/2.In this paper the properties of high effective sintering bits are described in detail. As compared with hot pressing diamond bits, the sintered diamond has the following characteristics such as high strength (about 5N higher), more homogeneous matrix structure, remarkable oversaturation strengthening and dislocation strengthing in bonding phase, more well-distributed hard phase, lower oxygen contend in matrix, and higher bending strength (increased by 20-30%). So that the high effective sintering diamond bits has better drilling properties, more complete diamond egde during drilling and higher wear resistance of matrix.In general, the service life of spark sintering diamond bits increases S0-100%,the efficiency per hour raises 20-50%.

本文开发研究了高效烧结金刚石钻头的新工艺。它较通用热压法,烧结温度降低40~80℃,烧结时间缩短2/3,烧结石墨模具用料节省约1/2,为制造优质金刚石钻头提供了一种新方法。 本文较详细地叙述了高效烧结钻头的特性。它与热压法相比,烧结后的金刚石强度高5N左右,胎体组织较均匀,粘结相被过饱和强化,位错强化明显,硬质相较分散,胎体含氧量较低,抗弯强度高20~30%。因而,高效烧结钻头钻进性能良好,金刚石出刃较完整,胎体耐磨性高。一般说,钻头使用寿命可提高50~100%,小时效率提高20~50%。

本文阐述了在苏联伊尔库茨克工学院金刚石钻进试验台上钻进花岗斑岩时取得的试验研究结果。本文作者根据此试验结果确定出了金刚石孕镶钻头的绝对磨损、相对磨损与钻头压力、钻头转速、冲洗液量、胎体硬度的关系式。利用这些钻头磨损的数学模型就可确定出与钻头最优绝对磨损、相对磨损相应的最优规程参数来。
