The temperature distribution in a glass-melting tank with or without air bubblers was studied with the physical simulation technique. The results show that: under same heating condition, air bubbling makes an obvious chanse to the temperature at free surface, doghouse, refining section and hot spot; the tank bottom temperature has an integral rise, high-quality refractory is required; the suitable position for air bubbler is at a distance of 2/5 the furnace length; when air bubbling is...

运用物理模拟技术,系统研究了鼓泡前后玻璃窑内温度变化规律。结果表明:在加热条件相同的前提下,鼓泡使液面、加料口、澄清区以及热点处的温度发生了明显的变化。池底温度整体提高要求使用优质的材料。鼓泡位置以选在距加料口为窑长的2/5处较适宜,而鼓泡后窑内液流量不能无节制地增长。

Some equations of calculation for heavy oil and natural gas burning in oxygen enrichment have been deduced and an energy baulance analysis of the effect of oxygen enrichment of combustion for a glass melting tank has been carried out in this paper. It pointed that for the lower calorific value of the fuel and the lower efficiency of heat recovery system of melting furnace,the highereffect for oxygen enrichmenf.

本文导出了油重及天然气在富氧条件下燃烧的一些计算方程,并用热平衡方法分析了富氧燃烧对玻璃熔窑的影响。指出了对低热值的燃料及热回收系统工作效率较低的熔窑,采用富氧燃烧会收到明显的效果。
