Among them, 50 varieties have been identified for their genotypes of resistance on the basis of Flors gene for gene theory, through comparing reaction types of them with those of 12 Japanese differential varieties having known resistance gene. Genotypes of resistance of 50 varieties are Pi-a (including 9 varieties), Pi-i (7 varieties), Pi-k (3 varieties), Pi-ta (2 varieties), Pi-ta~2 (4 varieties), Pi-i, Pi-a (2 varieties) and Pi-i, Pi-k (23 varieties), respectively. 10 varieties, which showed susceptible reaction to 7 strains, were determined to have not any known resistance genes. 371 varieties expressed resistant reaction to 7 strains, 33 varieties of them were inoculated with 26 races which invaded Toride 1 (having Pi-z~t gene). Three varieties of them, Baigu, Haoqihai and Mengwanggu, showed fully resistant reaction to 26 races. Reaction types of those three varieties can be explained with reaction types of K 1 (having Pi-ta gene), Tsuyuake (having Pi-k~m ) and BL 1 (having Pi-b) to the 26 races.It is pussible for them to have three genes. But we can not conclude that these varieties have Pi-ta, Pi-k~m and Pi-b genes. In order to determine this point, it is necessary to cross these varieties with differential varieties which carry Pi-ta, Pi-k dr Pi-b genes respectively. Varieties, Aya, Dahuagu, were invaded by race 653.5 and Wulugu, Maowanggu, Dabainuo by race 433.2 and Nandagu, Qiubeidibainuo by race 757.7 Varieties expressing the same reaction type to the same race may be carry the same gene(s).

根据云南部分粳稻品种对7个菌系的反应型,持596个粳稻品种划分为35群。借助单基因鉴别品种,推断了50个品种的基因型。应用致病谱广的北方小种,筛选出一批新抗源,满足抗病育种对抗源的需求,也为系统的抗病基因分析奠定物质基础。
