In order to investigate the bond properties of FRP rebars to concrete,eighteen pullout specimens with the dimension of 1 200 mm×760 mm×400 mm and sixty four beam specimens of 1 260 mm×240 mm×150 mm were cast and tested.The extensive experimental results were obtained.Based on these results in conjunction with those selected from the pertinent literature,the objective of this paper is to investigate the effects of the failure mode,concrete compressive strength,anchorage length,bar diameter,concrete cast depth,environmental condition etc.on the bond properties.The experimental results showed that these factors mentioned above have much effect on the bond properties of FRP rebar to concrete,and it is necessary to account for their influences in the calculation such as the length.
