The effect of minor element(M) on the morphology and toughness of 18Ni(350) maraging steels was studied. Fracture surfarce analysis shows that when the content of M is within a certain range, atomic M is detected on intergranular fracture surfaces with IMA. Over the range, in addition to the solute segregation, M is found in the particles of SiO2 and Al2O3 and forms complex compounds MS and TiC. The shape of MS particles changes in the process of impact deformation.

Local deformation, delamination, fiber failure and fiber debonding are the major energy absorption mechanisms in impact deformation.The effect of matrix content and areal density of the laninates on the energy absorption by the composite laminates are described. A relationship is made between the V_(50) and the areal density of composite laninates.

本文简述了高速弹体冲击了纤维增强复合材料的研究进展,报道了球形弹体对芳纶纤维增强复合材料冲击的研究结果。通过对低基体含量Twaron纤维及织物增强复合板的弹道极限速度(V_(50))和弹体贯穿靶板的破坏机理研究结果表明,芳纶橡胶复合板在高速弹体冲击下主要的吸能方式为靶板局部变形、分层和纤维拉伸断裂及纤维拔脱。从扫描电镜结果可知,纤维断裂方式主要为拉伸断裂。动态力学性能得出,芳纶/橡胶复合板在-20℃以上时,具有很高的阻尼系数。同时,通过分析基体含量及靶板面密度对(V_(50))影响,提出(V_(50))的经验表达式。
