系统研究了石英基陶芯的反玻璃化影响因素和方石英析晶与陶芯性能的关系.实验结果表明:添加剂和烧结温度对反玻璃化有明显影响,前者能改变反玻璃化的起始温度,后者能加速反玻璃化的过程。随着方石英的析晶。陶芯的高温挠度明显减小,烧结强度和高温强度略有降低,线膨胀率增加。合理控制反玻璃化程度,就可制成优质石英基陶芯在空心叶片铸造中应用。

The thermal shock and corresion resistance of slag or molten iron of newly developed Al2O3-SiC-C castables for trough of blast furnace were studied and compered with the old ones. The results show that the new Al2O3-SiC-C castables have better resistance to slag or molten iron corrosion and thermal shock. Adjusting content of Si and C would make the fabric SiC grow, which may inhance sintering strength and improve the resistance to thermal shock and corrosion of slag or molten iron.

对新研制的Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料和现用出铁沟料的抗热震性和抗渣铁侵蚀性进行了研究、结果表明,该材料具有较高的抗渣铁侵蚀能力和较好的抗热震稳定性。调节Si与C的比例可生成高强度、耐渣蚀的纤维状SiC。
