We observed the growth of tumor and mensurate the free radicals activities of liver. Results Giving D1 to the tumor bearing mice before chemotherapy could decrease the carcinoma growth, and the antitumor effect was the best when the interval time between the D1 and the common chemotherapy was 6 hours. The SOD activity of liver was increased markedly (P<0.05), the activity of GSH -Px also has the trend of increasing and the content of MDA was decreased significantly after the treatment (P<0.01). Conclusions The chemotherapy effect can be enhanced by giving low dose BLAM 56 hours before common chemotherapy and the mechanism may be associated with the improvement of antioxidant capacity and elimination capacity of free radicals products.

目的 探讨不同时间给予低剂量博莱霉素 A5(BLMA5)诱导的适应性反应对常规化疗效果的影响及其机制。方法 本文以皮下接种S1 80肉瘤的昆明种小鼠为模型 ,荷瘤小鼠化疗前不同间隔时间 (2 h、6 h、1 2 h)预先给予低剂量 BLMA5(0 .0 8mg/ kg,D1 )处理 ,观察肿瘤生长的动态和测定肝组织自由基生物学活性。结果 荷瘤小鼠化疗前预先给予 D1 处理可使肿瘤生长减慢 ,以间隔时间为 6 h组抑瘤效果最好 (P<0 .0 5~0 .0 0 1 ) ,并且可提高肝脏 SOD活性 (P<0 .0 5) ,GSH- Px活性也有提高趋势 ,且降低了 MDA含量 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 常规化疗前 6 h给予低剂量BL MA5可提高化疗效果 ,其机制可能与改善机体抗氧化能力及提高自由基产物的清除能力有关。
