In present paper, the effects of different geometrical shapes and different additions (by volume) of polypropylene fibers on mechanical properties of cement matrix materials were researched. (2) low addition ( φ f=0.05 %) of fibrillated film ⅡPP fiber would not affect mechanical properties of concrete, but could increase impacting strength and toughness indexes of concrete. Moreover, the mechanism of effects of polypropylene fibers on the mechanical properties of concrete was also discussed.

研究了采用不同工艺制作的 3种几何形态的聚丙烯纤维在不同掺量情况下对水泥基材料力学性能的影响 ,结果表明 :(1 )当掺量 φf≤ 1 .0 %时 ,拉丝PP纤维和膜裂ⅠPP纤维虽然不能提高混凝土的强度 ,但却能大幅度提高混凝土的抗弯韧性 ;(2 )低掺量 (φf=0 .0 5 % )时 ,膜裂ⅡPP纤维对混凝土的力学性能无不良影响 ,并可使砂浆抗冲强度、混凝土抗弯韧性指数明显提高 .另外 ,还分析了聚丙烯纤维对混凝土力学性能的作用机理

In this paper, the mechanical properties and durability of cement matrix material with low content of PA6 fiber were investigated. The results showed that when 0.05% -0.15% fiber volume fraction of PA6 fiber was added into cement concrete, the compressive strength,the flexural strength and the splitting tensile strength of the fiber concrete were not affected harmfully, the impacting strength of the fiber paste could increase greatly and the anti-frost property of the fiber concrete could be improved....

In this paper, the mechanical properties and durability of cement matrix material with low content of PA6 fiber were investigated.
