This paper reports the Duplex Doppler blood flow spectrum of both renal arteries and abdominal aorta in 14 cases suffered from polycystic kidney (PCK) and 16 normal individuals to find the renal function status in relation to the peak flow velocity(PFV), pulsatility index(Pl) and blood flow volume (Q). The results showed that the control, PCK with creatinine<2mg% and>g%, PFV and Q had a statisticaly significant difference (P<0.001). It realized that their PFV and Q already had been involved before renal dysfunction... PFV and Q of abdominal aorta of all the polycystic kidney patients except two showed marked decreased as compared with the normal control (P<0.005). Such suggested that decreased PFV and elevation of blood pressure both resulted from the systemic reaction in early stage. Mechanism of Doppler blood flow ultrasonic spectrum of the polycystic kidney was discussed. 本文报告用脉冲超声多普勒检测了16例正常人和11例多囊肾病人的双侧肾动脉和腹主动脉的血流频谱,分析了肾动脉的峰值血流速度(PFV)、阻力指数(PI)及血流量(Q)与肾功能的关系。发现正常人,多囊肾病人的血清肌酐浓度(Cr)<2mg%者和>6mg%者之间的PFV及Q有非常显著的差异(P<0.001),而PI仅当Cr>6mg%时才发生异常。说明多囊肾病人在肾功能受累之前肾动脉的PFV和Q已有异常改变;仅当肾功能受损时才出现PI的变化。 多囊肾病人腹主动脉的PFV,在肾功能受损之前较正常人明显下降(P<0.005)。这些病人除2例外,均有血压升高,说明他们的腹主动脉的PFV下降和血压升高一样都是全身性反应.本文还讨论了多囊肾血流多普勒频谱变化的机制。 A high speed digital data acquisition and wide band measurement system was used to acquire and record the ultrasonic pulse waveforms backscattered from normal and several pathological pig's fresh liver tissues (including ballooning degeneration, fatty degeneration, cirrhosis) in vitro. All the results studied indicate that the ultrasonic spectrum technique, which can be used in tissue characterization for pathological liver in clinics, has an encouraging prospect. 本文采用宽带超声脉冲测量系统,通过对散射回波高速数字采样,对猪的新鲜离体正常肝组织及若干病变肝组织(如水泡变性肝,脂肪变性肝及硬化肝)进行了分析研究。通过在3MHz—7MHz的频域分析,获得了各组织样品的积分背向散射系数(IBSC)、背向散射系数的频率依赖关系(FDBSC)及组织内相邻散射元的平均间距(MS)等参数。所获结果显示,组织的病变导致了上述参数的明显变化。这表明,超声谱分析技术,对于肝病变组织超声定征及临床定量诊断,具有令人鼓舞的发展前景。 This papaer describes rock ultrasonic spectrum measurement technology.
