Nonequilibrium phase transform usually occures in nonlinear region which is far from equilibrium and has strong dissipation. On the basis of this paper, the model of the nonequilibrium system has been standardized. The dissipative condition of the critical reference state in nonequilibrium phase transform is analysed. A dissipative parameter M_D is introduced to judge the degree of the system which is far from noneq- uilibrium state. The relation that M_D depends on orderparameter u is derived in the critcal point vicinity of the nonequilibrium phase trans- form. The critical singular property of M_D is revealed. A critical dis- sipative exponent θ is used to describe the critical behaviour of M_D in nonequilibrium phase transform. In addition, the difference and conne- ction of equilibrium phase transform with nonequilibrium phase have been discussed, and they are unified together.

Dissipation and dispersion in the parameterized hydrodynamical models of shallow sea are investigated.Some anylytical results are explained.(1) It is not sufficient to represent turbulent dissipation using a depth-mean model.(2) The property of long waves may be essentially changed by the strong dissipation in shallow seas.( 3) The turbulence parameters in marine hydrodynamical equations lead to the dispersion of long waves.

对几个参数化浅海流体动力学模型的耗散性和频散关系进行了理论分析,提出三点结论:1.深度平均(或积分)的浅海流体动力学模式不能充分表达湍耗散;2.浅海中的强耗散将对长波振荡具有本质的影响;3.几种不同的湍参数化动力模型将对长波产生不同的频散效应。
