Liensinine is one of the main effective components in lotus plumule.This paper reported the content determination ofliensinine in the plumule by TLCS on silica gel plate with CHCl_3-Me_2CO-Et_2NH(6:4:1)as developing solvent.Thecalibration curve was rectilinear for 0.5~7.5μg.The average recovery was found to be over 98% and the coefficient ofvariation was below 3%.This method can provide a reference for the quality control of other chinese patent drugs containinglotus plumule.

本文采用硅胶G板,以氯仿一丙酮—二乙胺(6∶4∶1)为展开剂,用薄层扫描法测定了莲子心中主要有效成分莲心碱的含量。工作曲线在0.5,7.5μg 范围内呈线性关系;平均回收率在98%以上,变异系数小于3%。本法简便、快速、可为其它含莲子心中成药的质量控制提供参考。

A simple and accurate method for measuring paeonol contained in Chinese Patent drug-

本文建立了中成药六味地黄丸中丹皮酚含量测定的高分辨气相色谱法。色谱条件为 SE-30 FSOT柱(L28m×φ0.28mm),柱温180℃,火焰离子化检测器,以正十六烷为内标,六味地黄丸经乙酸乙酯提取,浓缩后测定丹皮酚的含量。在2—12.5μg 范围内,丹皮酚与内标峰面积之比呈线性关系,丹皮酚加样平均回收率为100.3%(CV=1.38%,n=11)。本法可用于六味地黄丸三种制剂的含量测定,测得结果与其它方法比较一致,准确可靠。

An accurate method for measuring Emodin content in a Chinese patent drug Qingningwan was developed by HPLC with external standard of Emodin. Calibration curve was linear in the range of 14.8-148μg /ml and mean recovery rate of Emodin was 98.93%. Coefficient of variation was 1.20%(n=5). These indicate that HPLC is an advanced, accurate and feasible method in quality control of Qingningwan.

用高效液相色谱法,以大黄素为对照品,测定了复方中药制剂清宁丸中主要成分大黄所含大黄素的含量。采用外标峰高法,按选定的色谱条件,大黄素进样量在14.8~148mg/L范围内,可得良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为98.86%,变异系数为1.30%,同时对不同提取方法进行了比较。为考察清宁丸质量提供了检测手段。
