目的通过对戴不合适眼镜所致老年人视疲劳的探讨,提出防治措施。方法对100例老年视疲劳患者进行验光试镜,核对原老视镜,用Duanes视标检查辐辏和调节近点,并检查视功能。结果100例(200眼)均为老视和屈光不正,原100例老视镜中70%球镜和78%的柱镜有误差(≥±050D),光学中心距离与瞳孔距离差异有显著性(P<001),92%的光学中心距离较瞳距大2mm以上,垂直方向光学中心52%有误差。戴不合适眼镜为主因引起视疲劳占52%。结论戴不合适眼镜是引起老年人视疲劳的主要原因之一,有效的防治办法是科学配戴眼镜
