It is a generalized and rigorous mathematical descriptionof autozeroing. This new method is called by the authors as "method of inverted zeroing".Inverted zeroing still takes two beats per cycle. but in one beat it samples theinput signals positively and in the other beat, negatively. Just this differencealone makes inverted zeroing possess the following advantages over conventionalzeroing: (1) It can double the information obtainable. (2) It does filtering automatically, being able to resist differential modaldisturbances. (3) It can eliminate completely common-mode disturbances without imposingstringent requirements on circuit components.
