Experimental results indicates the acousto-optic spectrum of various material is different from each other.Thus they can be used as a method analysing the micro-structure of various material.

The novel infrared spectra measuring system using AOTF(Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter) as dispersive element is presented. Using DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer)technique under control of single-chip computer, electronic-tunable wavelength scanning is realized. Signal-noise ratio of the system is improved with double beam mode and correlative detection technology.
