The prominent advantages of this method are requiring much less computer capacity and time-saving. Also, described is the Green's function, satisfying nor only the Helmholtz equation but also...

In this paper, the Boundary Element Method combined with an Electromagnetic Charge Simulation Method is recommended for the solution of 3-D eddy current problems with linear media and arbitrary boundary geometry. All unknowns, i. e. double-layer electromagnetic charge sources, are scalar and near boundaries only. The prominent advantages of this method are requiring much less computer capacity and time-saving. Also, described is the Green's function, satisfying nor only the Helmholtz equation but also the equation div=0. Because the charges are not just on the boundaries of eddy current regions, the distance between any charge and any observed point is not equal to zero. The singularity problem can be managed. Examples are given. A good agreement with the theoretical result has been obtained for a sphere conductor in a uniform field.

本文提出了计算三维涡流场的边界元—模拟电磁荷法,它适用于线性媒质而形状较任意的情况。联立方程待解未知量全部为边界标量、即模拟电磁荷双层源。其优点是可以节省计算机容量和时间。对于涡流区,所用格林函数不仅满足赫尔姆霍兹方程而且满足div B=0。对该区,由于模拟电磁荷位于边界以外附近,故电磁荷至各观察点距离均不为0,奇点问题可以得到解决。文中有计算举例。外加均匀场中导体球内场的计算值与理论值符合得较好。

In this paper, a particular exact solution of a nonlinear wave equation isgiven for a slab configuration where a nonlinear self--focusing dielectric film isembedded between two linear media. The mormalized dispersion equation andthe fie1d pattern are obtained and the results discussed.
