The transient overreach has relation to the angular difference of both power supplies and the initiative voltage phase. The antidirection maloperating caused by the distance relay must be in receiving caused by the areas, and the angular difference has an effect on the maloperate of the relay too. The effective way to prevent distance relays from transient overreaching is to adopt the relay with adaptive speedreach characteristics. And a new method is proposed to make the distance relays work normally when the fault occurs near the device at antidirection by using directional relays based on fault components and full impendence relays.

利用电磁暂态程序对电容式电压互感器 (CVT)的特性进行了数字仿真 ,发现CVT的暂态特性会造成距离保护的暂态超越和反方向出口误动作 .暂态超越现象与两侧电势相角差、故障时刻的电压初始相位密切相关 ,CVT暂态特性引起的反方向出口误动作仅仅发生在受电侧 ,且与两侧电势相角差有关 .分析结果表明 ,采用距离保护快速Ⅰ段的反时限特性是防止暂态超越的有效措施 ,同时提出了利用故障分量方向元件结合全阻抗特性继电器的方法 ,解决了距离保护反方向出口误动作问题 .

A proposed real-time CVT transient error estimation approach based on the chosen fundamental wave algorithm and the rated CVT parameters consists of two stages. The first stage obtains the error coefficient. The second stage estimates the measured error of the voltage amplitude according to the secondary side voltage....

Simple delay approach is usually used to prevent transient overreach caused by the transient error of CVT. It is very harmful to the safety and stability of power system. A proposed real-time CVT transient error estimation approach based on the chosen fundamental wave algorithm and the rated CVT parameters consists of two stages. The first stage obtains the error coefficient. The second stage estimates the measured error of the voltage amplitude according to the secondary side voltage. A novel adaptive distance relay approach which can adjust action thresholds according to the error is proposed. The approach hardly affects the action performance for normal lines and acts rapidly for short lines with close-in faults, which is verified by the results of simulations. The whole performance is improved greatly compared with common distance relay approach.

针对电容式电压互感器(CVT)暂态过程引起距离保护超越的问题,通常采用简单延时的方法,来防止保护的超越。这对电力系统的安全稳定运行是很不利的。该文提出了CVT 暂态误差的实时估计方法,即根据所选用的基波算法和 CVT 的额定参数求出误差系数,然后根据二次电压的大小实时估计出电压幅值的测量误差。据此提出了一种自适应距离保护方法,根据误差的大小调整动作门槛。仿真计算表明,文中提出的方法对于普通线路,其动作性能几乎不受影响;对于短线路,也能够在近处故障时快速动作。其整体性能较常规的距离保护方案有了很大的提高。

The usual approach to solve this problem is time delay which should make protection slowly. In this paper, the deference of the transient overreach time depending on deferent Fourier algorithms in use is found. Based on the cooperation of the deferent Fourier algorithms, a novel approach to eliminate the transient overreach of CVT is proposed. The EMTP simulation results indicate that the effectiveness and rapidness of new approach including the in-zone and out-zone faults.

高压线路保护中,当系统发生故障时,由于电压的降落,CVT将产生暂态效应,可能引起正方向距离保护的暂态超越。传统消除CVT暂态超越的方法是延时,这样就牺牲了保护的速动性。论文发现不同保护算法产生暂态超越的时刻是不同的,据此提出基于多种傅氏算法相配合来消除CVT暂态超越的新方法,EMTP仿真表明区外故障时,新方法可以在较短时内做出正确判断,可靠保证保护不误动;而区内故障时,新方法相较传统保护更为速动,从而全面提升了其性能。
