The seismic dynamic parameter (seismic acceleration) is similarly an important one in design of the foreign hydro projects but the method and principle of selecting its value are quite different. It's a very important task to establish a reasonable risk model in engineering risk domain. Now it can be seen that many researchers dealt usually with the correlated risks one by one or in isolation, it is unreasonable. Thus, an approach to treat risk problem in synthetical consideretion of more factors is proposed. A risk model considering the action of hydrologic risk and structural risk together for studying slops failure is derived by using the formulas of conditional...

It's a very important task to establish a reasonable risk model in engineering risk domain. Now it can be seen that many researchers dealt usually with the correlated risks one by one or in isolation, it is unreasonable. Thus, an approach to treat risk problem in synthetical consideretion of more factors is proposed. A risk model considering the action of hydrologic risk and structural risk together for studying slops failure is derived by using the formulas of conditional probability and total probability, and the risk calculation is performed employing regressive fitting method. This model improves and perfects the old ones. In the end, an example is given to explain the calculating process.

合理建立风险模型是风险研究领域的一个重要课题。纵观现有的风险分析及计算方法,大多数研究者采取分而治之的方法,把各种风险相互孤立起来单独进行研究,看来是欠合理的。因此提出了综合考虑多因素作用下风险处理的方法,以条件概率和全概率公式为工具导出了以边坡为研究对象的水文风险和结构风险共同作用的风险模型,并采用回归拟合的方法进行风险计算,对以往的研究方法进行改进和完善。并以一边坡结构为例,在洪水风险为随机的情况下给出边坡失效破坏风险的具体计算过程。
