The results showed this chemical could evidently inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia cerealis, its EC 50 was 1.58mg/L, united toxicity index was 542 and synergized multiple was 8.86. It could control the disease from the pathogen, whose relative control efficiency was 77.5% at arche-tillow stage and 60.6% at turning green stage....

通过平皿、盆栽及田间试验确定 ,含戊唑醇种衣剂能显著抑制小麦纹枯菌生长 ,其EC50 为 1 .58mg/L ,联合毒力指数为 542 ,增效倍数为 1 5.7;对分蘖始期和返青期小麦纹枯病的相对防效分别达77.5%和 60 .6% ;麦种包衣处理后能促进麦苗分蘖 ,提高百株鲜重。

The quantitative analysis of tebuconazole was undertaken by HPLC,using methanol and water as mobile phase, the results showed that the standard deviation, variation coeffricient and average recovery were 0.3807,0.51% and 99.78% respectively. The method gave a good linear response, correlation coefficient was 0.9998.

本文叙述了采用高效液相色谱法 ,以甲醇 +水作流动相测定戊唑醇的含量。该方法标准偏差为0.3807,变异系数0.51%,平均回收率99.78%,方法线性关系良好 ,相关系数为0.9998。
