Great progress has been made in developing heavy oil cracking catalyst and dual/multi-zeolite compound catalyst developed. New hydrocracking eatalyst unceasingly appear and their performances reach the advanced international levels. High-level reforming catalysts for both semi-regeneration and continuous regeneration matching the relevant processes have been continually developed. Petrochemical eatalysts display good charecteristics and percentage of domestic production has already exceed 80%, It is pointed out that, China should take opportunities and put stress on developing new series of catalysts to guarantee its leading position in the 21st century. To accomplish the above mentioned works, it should start with the following aspects: strengthening the basic investigation, developing environmental friendly processes and pollution improving catalysts, accelerating the development of catalyst for polyolefins, developing new catalytic materials, strengthening the completion research and development investigation of chemical engineering, realizing the modernizaton of catalyst manufacturing and aecelerating capital invest in scientific research etc..

The overlap between the initial point of the refined oil and the end point of the column top was small. Furthermore, with short construction period and low investment, it provides a route for capacity expansion revamping of semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unit.

采用新型DJ-3复合塔盘对原采用浮阀塔盘的重整蒸馏脱水塔进行了扩能改造,标定结果表明,复合塔盘比原浮阀塔盘具有更大的操作弹性,更好的分离效果以及更强的抗干扰能力,在原塔体不动的情况下,使处理量提高了56%;在进塔原料含水、含硫量波动较大的情况下,精制油仍能满足要求,精制油初馏点与塔顶馏出物干点重叠变小。并且,施工时间短,投资省,为半再生式催化重整装置的扩能改造提供了一条良好的途径。
