By using coupling agent,oxidizing agent and adhesion agent as surface treatment agent respectively,some aramid and pre-oxidized hybrid fiber reinforced sealing composite materials(NAFC) were developed.The effect of different surface treatment method both on heat resistance of NAFC material and on the interface combining power between reinforced fiber and rubber was investigated,according to the transverse tensile strength of the NAFC material after aging treatment at 250 ℃.The experimental and the SEM analysis results indicate that the RFL adhesion agent is the best surface treatment agent to the aramid and pre-oxidized hybrid fiber to improve the heat resistance of the NAFC material.

分别采用偶联剂、氧化剂和胶粘剂作为表面处理剂,以非石棉纤维增强橡胶基密封复合材料(NAFC)高温时效处理后的残余横向抗拉强度为指标,研究了不同的纤维表面方法对增强纤维与橡胶的结合度以及对NAFC材料高温性能的影响。试验结果和试样拉伸断面扫描电镜照片分析表明,采用RFL乳液作为芳纶-预氧化丝混杂纤维增强NAFC材料的纤维表面处理剂,对提高材料的高温性能具有较好的效果。

According to regression design method,the optimum prescription of aramid and pre-oxidized fiber reinforced rubber-based sealing composite material(NAFC) was obtained,and the NAFC material was developed by molding preparation method.The relationship between the transverse tensile strength of the NAFC material after aging at elevated temperature and its main ingredients,including reinforced fibers,the compatibilizers and the rubber,was investigated.The performances of hybrid fiber reinforced NAFC material such as the stress relaxation,the compressibility,the elastic resilience,the leakage rate and oil resistivity were tested.The results show that the performances of the NAFC material coincide with the requirements prescribed in the Chinese national standard and some performances are better than that of the products of famous corporations.

Some non-asbestos fiber reinforced rubber-based sealing composite materials(NAFC) were developed by using aramid fiber,pre-oxidized fiber and hybrid fiber as reinforced fibers.The influence of different fiber on heat resistance of NAFC materials was analyzed by means of testing transverse tensile strength of these materials after aging treatment.The enhancement mechanism of hybrid fiber was investigated by observing the SEM photos of cross section.The main factors affecting the hybrid effect coefficient were presented and the relationship among this coefficient,transverse tensile strength and stress relaxation rate of NAFC materials was discussed.Research results indicate that the NAFC material made of hybrid fiber possesses good heat resistance,and the interaction among the mesh structure fibers in NAFC materials reinforced by hybrid fiber limits their relative motion,which restrains propagation of crack in the materials.The hybrid effect coefficient put forward in this paper can be used to express mechanical performances of NAFC materials satisfactorily.

分别选用芳纶纤维、预氧化丝纤维以及两者构成的混杂纤维作为增强纤维制备了非石棉纤维增强橡胶基密封复合材料(NAFC),以材料高温时效处理后的残余横向抗拉强度为指标,研究了不同增强纤维对NAFC材料高温性能的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了材料拉伸断面形貌,探讨了混杂纤维增强机制,分析了混杂效应系数的主要影响因素,研究了混杂效应系数与材料横向抗拉强度和应力松弛率之间的关系。研究结果表明,采用混杂纤维作为增强纤维可大大提高NAFC材料的耐高温性能,混杂纤维构成的网状结构中纤维间的相互作用限制了两者间的相对位移,有效抑止了裂纹的传播。采用纤维混杂效应系数可以较好地表征混杂纤维增强NAFC材料的力学性能。
