The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of "stimulated" osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization with citric acid in reconstructing periodontium lost by gingival recession and to observe the histological response of periosteum to controlled surgical stimulation and the healing after experimental stimulated osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization in animal, especially regeneration of alveolar bone.Seven patients were observed in this study. The controlled stimulation of periosteum was performed in two adult M. mulattae and one dog respectively. The experimental stimulated osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization were done in two M. mulattae.The results obtained are as follows:1. The covering rate of denuded root was 85.5% using stimulated osteoperiosteal pedicle grafts and root demineralization.2. The quiet periosteum of adult animal may be activated and come into own by controlled surgical stimulation.3. Complete or partial regeneration of exised alveolar bone may be obtained through stimulated pedicle bone grafts and root demineralization.4. Acid conditioning was an important factor in inducing osteogenesis, cementogenesis and periodontal new attachment.

为了评价牙周刺激带骨瓣移植结合根面枸橡酸处理,在整复由于牙龈退缩所丧失牙周组织方面的临床效果:观察成年动物的骨膜对有控制的外科穿刺性损伤及动物实验性刺激带骨瓣结合酸处理术后的组织学反应,特别注意牙槽骨的再生情况。我们在临床上观察了7个病人。有控制的骨膜刺激实验分别在2只恒河猴和1只狗进行;动物实验性刺激带骨瓣结合根面酸处理在2只恒河猴进行,选用了7只侧切牙和1只前磨牙做为实验用牙。初步结果:1.刺激带骨瓣结合根面酸处理获得了平均根面复盖85.5%的良好临床效果。2.有控制的外科穿刺性刺激后,成年动物静止的骨膜司重新进入活跃的细胞繁殖活动和成骨活动。3.动物用刺激带骨瓣结合酸处理或单纯刺激带骨瓣移植,切除的唇侧牙槽骨可获得完全或部分再生。4.酸处理在诱导骨生成、牙骨质生成和牙周新附着方面是一个重要的因素。
