The slight changes of inherent viscosity and thermal transition behavior have also been observed and discussed.

用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射及热分析等手段对硫磺溶液法合成的聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂原粉、挤出切粒粒料及注塑制品进行了结构和热性能表征,并测定了加工前后PPS的溶液粘度变化。结果表明,加工后PPS的化学组成、链结构及聚集态结构与树脂原粉一致。说明硫磺溶液法合成的PPS具有良好的加工稳定性;加工后PPS的粘度和热转变行为发生了小的变化,本文从加工过程对低聚物及结晶度的影响角度给予了解释。

But the parts with post progress can be used to make a variety of functional prototypes. This method was designed to reduce cost and increase accuracy in making prototyping. Mechanical property and microstructure of the selective laser sintering of amorphous polymer composites is investigated. The experiments draw attention to the microstructure with stress and impact toughness properties of sintering part. The mechanical strength of the sintering part was times enhanced with some paste resin.

 以高分子粉末为基底材料的烧结件机械性能较差,质脆,其可作为原型测试件,但作为功能测试件则较难达到使用要求。本文在具体研究原型件性能差别的基础上,对其进行树脂增强后处理,以扫描电镜(SEM)为手段,对材料断裂面的形态结构进行了研究,并对体系的形态结构与拉伸性能、冲击之间的关系进行了探讨,优化了后处理条件,得到机械性能为原型烧结件3~4倍的增强烧结件。

This paper presented the solidifying process and mechanical performance in laser prototyping of the polymeric powder material. The experiments focused on the solidifying process and the shrinkage rate of sintering part. The mechanical strength of the sintering part was enhanced with some paste epoxy resin.

为解决以高分子粉末为基底的烧结件力学性能较差的问题 ,对烧结原型件进行了树脂增强 .研究了环氧树脂的固化条件及增强后烧结件的尺寸精度变化 ,测试了增强件的力学性能 .试验结果表明 ,增强处理后的烧结件性能有较大的提高
