Synergistio effect in the generation of LICC waa found when IL 2 and CCDF were added simultaneously. The LICC effects selectively kill the tumor targets of different H-2 haplotypes and; higtologio origins,including nature killer (NK) sensitive and NK resistant targets. However, thesaeffectors did not lyse mouse syngeneio or allogeneio lymphoblasis.The nature of the spleen cells from mice with different NK potentiality to generate LICC has been studied, so far no significant difference was found in the induction of their LICC activities.The in vivo experiments using Winn's neutralization assay shoved obviously protective effects of LICC as compared with control groups.

After the therapy, T-cell group in the patients was restored to normal, and thethrombocyte count and the number of the macronucclic cells that produce thrombocytes inthe marrow were elevated. The total effectiveness reached 91.2%, much more superior tothat of the hormone group (71.4%). It has been shown that the Chinese herbsmedicinePreparation can offer a more satisfictory theraputic and immunologic effecf on the disease.It also has been suggested that the simutaneous dynamic observation in ITP patients is ofgreat importance in the clinical determination of the reaction to the therapy and considerationof the prognosis.

作者根据现代免疫学观点,自1989年起采用自制中药“90增血剂”治疗ITP46例。期间,应用间接免疫荧光技术检测了患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,结果表明病例组全T细胞(CD_3)、T辅助/诱导细胞(CD_4)降低,T抑制/细胞毒细胞(CD_8)增高,CD_4/CD_8比值明显降低。治疗后,患者T亚群恢复常态,血小板数上升,骨髓产板型巨核细胞数增加,临床总有效率达91.2%,明显优于激素组(71.4%)。提示中药具有显著的疗效和良好的免疫调节作用。同时,动态观察ITP患者T细胞亚群的变化,对帮助临床判断治疗反应和预后有很大意义。

In this study.it was found that CCDF produced by activted M0 with Na2SeO3 or XP could induce the LICC under the help of IL-2. Both Na2SeO3 and XP could enhance the activity of LICC ,and XP had stronger modulating effect. We also examined the cytotoxicity of LICC from tumor bearing mice treated with Na2SeO3. The results showed that the inhibiting dosage of Na2Se03 had some suppression of LICC antitumor effect,but this inhibition was significantly lower than the control (P<0. 05). In this study.it was found that CCDF produced by activted M0 with Na2SeO3 or XP could induce the LICC under the help of IL-2. Both Na2SeO3 and XP could enhance the activity of LICC ,and XP had stronger modulating effect. We also examined the cytotoxicity of LICC from tumor bearing mice treated with Na2SeO3. The results showed that the inhibiting dosage of Na2Se03 had some suppression of LICC antitumor effect,but this inhibition was significantly lower than the control (P<0. 05). The LICC activity could resumed gradually after stopping giving Na2SeO3. In conclusion,the XP can be regarded as a immunodulation drug,its mechanism and optimal dosage are worth to be further studied.

由Na_2SeO_3及黑柄炭角菌多糖活化腹腔Mφ,其产生的细胞毒细胞分化因子(CCDF)可与IL-2协同激活淋巴因子诱导的细胞毒细胞(LICC)。研究表明:两者诱导的LICC在杀伤肿瘤靶细胞的活性方面均有促进作用,其中黑柄炭角菌多糖具有更强的调节功能(P<0.05)。此外,还研究了抑瘤剂量的Na_2SeO_3对植瘤鼠(EAC)LICC活性的影响,发现高剂量的Na_2SeO_3对LICC有一定抑制作用,但与肿瘤所致的抑制相比,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。前者在停止给硒后,其活性可渐趋恢复。作者认为黑柄炭角菌是一类可通过诱导CCDF而对LICC起调节作用的免疫调节剂,对其最适剂量和作用机理有待进一步研究。
