Results show that operation temperature of rubber experiment should be controlled between 120~130 ℃, the sequential of feeds is artemisia argyi powder, plasticizer (dibutyl phthalate), stearic acid, calcium carbonate, andfoaming agent of sodium bicarbonate and sulphur should be added after cooling, addition of a certain amount of styrene butadiene rubber benefits the mixing; as 10 parts of artemisia argyi powder were added, good bacterium resistance to staphylococcus aureaus and candidaalbicans can be obtained, it has little effects on the performance of material as 2~10 parts of artemisia argyi powder were added; amounts of the plasticizer dibutyl phthalate and the filler calcium carbonate should be 7~8 parts and 15~20 parts, respectively; artemisia argyi can be used as the main component of bacterium resistant to make bacterium-killing and health insoles.

将蕲艾粉加入SBS制作抑菌、消臭的健康鞋垫,研究了各配合剂和填充剂用量分别对热塑弹性体SBS各种性能的影响。实验结果表明:炼胶实验操作温度应在120~130℃之间,加料顺序为蕲艾粉、增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、硬脂酸、碳酸钙,冷却后加入发泡剂碳酸氢钠和硫磺,加入一定量的丁苯橡胶有利于混炼;蕲艾粉用量为10份时(均以质量计),对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌有很好的抑菌效果,且在2~10份时对材料性能影响较小;增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和填充剂碳酸钙的用量分别为7~8份和15~20份时为宜。蕲艾可作为主要抑菌剂制造健康杀菌鞋垫。
