The process of nucleation of Rubidium Hydrogen Selenate(RbHSeO 4,RHSe) in supersaturated solution has been studied initially in this paper.The induction period of nucleation in RHSe supersaturated solution is measured by dynamics cycle observation method.The effect of supersaturation and temperature on induction period is discussed.The interfacial tension,energy of formation and critical radius of nuclei of the crystal at different temperature are calculated based on classical homogeneous nucleation theory.This provides the foundation for discussing the optimal condition of aqueous solution method of RHSe single crystal growth.

本文对硒酸氢铷 (RbHSeO4 ,RHSe)晶体生长过饱和溶液的均匀成核过程进行了初步的研究。通过动态目视法测量RHSe过饱和溶液的诱导期 ,讨论过饱和比、温度对诱导期的影响 ,并根据经典均匀成核理论计算不同温度下的晶体表面张力、成核自由能和临界成核半径 ,为探讨RHSe单晶的水溶液生长的较佳条件提供依据。

The growth rates of main revealable faces of rubidium hydrogen selenate(RbHSeO 4) crystal in supersaturation aqueous solution were measured by dynamics cycle observation method,and the result of experiment showed that the growth mechanism of these faces was typical multiple two dimensional nucleation growth.When the saturation point of the RHSe solution is 38.00℃,the critical supersaturation of the forms{111}and {101}are respectively σ * {111}=1.01% and σ * {101}=1.16%.We...

The growth rates of main revealable faces of rubidium hydrogen selenate(RbHSeO 4) crystal in supersaturation aqueous solution were measured by dynamics cycle observation method,and the result of experiment showed that the growth mechanism of these faces was typical multiple two dimensional nucleation growth.When the saturation point of the RHSe solution is 38.00℃,the critical supersaturation of the forms{111}and {101}are respectively σ * {111}=1.01% and σ * {101}=1.16%.We found that the macroscopic defects were appeared when the crystal growth rate was high.Therefore,we suggest that the supersaturation for growing RHSe single crystal should be lower than 1.76%.

本文采用动态循环观察法测量了RHSe晶体在水溶液中不同过饱和度下主要显露晶面的生长速率。结果表明 ,RHSe晶体主要显露晶面的生长机制是多二维成核生长机制 ,在饱和点为38.0 0℃的溶液中 ,RHSe晶体的 { 111}和 { 10 1}晶面的临界过饱和度分别为 1.0 1%和 1.16 %。实验过程中还发现 ,当过饱和度大于 1.76 %时 ,晶体生长速率太快而出现宏观缺陷 ,因而在生长RHSe单晶时 ,过饱和度应控制在 1.76 %以下

本文测定了硒酸氢铷 (RHSe)在水中的溶解度~温度曲线 ,并采用溶液降温法 ,克服了RHSe晶体生长时易漂晶、爬晶等不利因素 ,生长出大尺寸硒酸氢铷 (RHSe)单晶。对晶体生长条件、生长形态以及晶体的宏观缺陷作了初步的探讨
