The microbial preparation Liuyangmycin. derived from a soil microorganism has no toxicity to P. puparum per se, but its combination with dimethoate would display higher toxicity to the parasitoids when the latter used alone. Although the knock-down rate of fenvalerate. to A. glomeratus is more rapid than triazophos, fenvalerate has lower toxicity. The toxicity of fenvalerate and 3-phenoxy-benzyl-(4-chlorophenyl) iso-valerate to Tetrastichus sp. is lower than triazophos. To sum up, the order of toxicity to P. puparum at 4.35×10-4mg/cm2 under the experimental conditions is: omethoate > malachion ≈methamidophos > trichlorphon≈ acephate > cypermethrin ≈ permethrin > 3-phenoxybenzyl-(4-chlorophenyl) iso-valerate; the order of knock-down rate is: malathion> cypermethrin > permethrin > 3-phenoxybenzyl-(4-chlrophenyl) iso-valerate > trichlorphon ≈ome-thoate> methamidophos > acephate. It is noted that some prostrate parasitoids from contact with pyrethoids could revive. The potential use of the insecticides in integrated pest management is discussed.

以上海阿妮优美容保健品有限公司提供的微生物制剂──环境有用微生物群(简称EM)作为添加剂进行鸡粪堆肥腐熟对比试验,结果差异明显。EM处理的堆肥中NH-N含量比对照下降41.86%(10d)~56.71%(20d),NH-N散发量明显减少,且在后期有较强酿酒芳香味逸出,除臭效果显著。EM处理能加速堆肥腐熟,减少氮的气态损失,并可将无害化处理时间缩短到20d。这些作用是由EM引入的外源微生物所引起的。
