Data model is the basis of hypermedia system design. Data model is the basis of hypermedia system design. As the current hypermedia data models have great deficiency in dynamics, flexibility, adaptability, etc., the application fields of the systems built on these data models are limited. In order to overcome the problem, a new hypermedia data model named DSOHDM is proposed. The model supports the definition of complex structure entity, varied entity and link types, and proposes a perspective conception to enhance the description ability of entity conception for the multi expression forms of informations. Besides the above features, DSOHDM defines a virtual entity and relation by using rules. The definition of the virtual factors can reduce the data redundance in hypernet, which can reduce the work of system establishment and maintenance. The definition of virtual factors makes the hypernet be changed from static structure to dynamic structure, and the flexible using of rules makes the data model more flexible and adaptive.

Firstly, the principles and characters of the functional-link net are introduced in this paper. Secondly, after description of the traditional dead reckoning (DR) algorithm, an adaptive version of the algorithm based on the functional-link net is presented; the network software architecture based on the algo-rithm is also given. Finally, an example of the algorithm is given with experimental data, which shows the good performance of it.

Then the solution strategy for the inertial effect is discussed. To overcome the undesirable inertial effect in the simulation of the binder wrap stage, a virtual entity method for filling up the cavity of the binder is proposed in this paper....

A phenomenon of inertial effect in dynamic explicit finite element simulation of sheet metal forming processes is discovered when the dynamic explicit finite element method is used to simulate the process of the binder wrap stage under the curved surface of binder. Then the solution strategy for the inertial effect is discussed. To overcome the undesirable inertial effect in the simulation of the binder wrap stage, a virtual entity method for filling up the cavity of the binder is proposed in this paper. A numerical test for the forming process of a typical stamping part shows that the virtual entity method is simple and efficient. This method produces a highly efficient way to simulate the process of the binder wrap stage under the curved surface of binder by the dynamic explicit finite element method and extends the application field of the dynamic explicit finite element method in sheet metal forming process simulation. It is important for implementing the simulation for different work stages of sheet metal forming processes continuously and quickly, such as the binder wrap stage, drawing stage and so on.

指出钣料成形过程中采用曲面压料面时, 压边圈夹紧过程动力显式有限元分析存在惯性效应问题。提出 “虚拟补实压边圈”方法克服惯性作用, 高效实现曲面压边圈夹紧过程的动力显式有限元模拟, 拓展动力显式有限元方法在钣料成形数值模拟中的应用领域, 对于连续快速地模拟曲面压边和拉延等多阶段钣料成形过程意义重大。
