目的 报告中西医结合治疗小腿骨筋膜室综合征的效果。方法  73例小腿骨筋膜室综合征患者 ,采用中西医结合疗法 ,即 :早期切开减张 ,跟骨牵引或开放复位 ,高渗脱水 ,伤口延期缝合 ,中药换药或植皮术。结果  6 9例经随访创面全部愈合。延期缝合结合应用中药生肌橡皮膏 ,对预防和控制减张创口的感染 ,促进创面愈合 ,是一种有效的方法。本组创面感染率为 15.2 %。结论 该综合征以中西医结合的疗法治疗 ,取得满意的效疗

Objective To determine the effects of seawater immersion to plasma electrolyte levels in dogs with open abdominal wound.?Methods A dog model of open abdominal wound was established. Seawater immersion group(n=7) and isotonic saline immersion group(n=7).Dogs of the immersion groups were immersed into seawater or isotonic saline respectively after abdominal wound. Changes of plasma electrolytes and osmotic pressure were observed.?Results No significant changes of plasma electrolytes and osmotic pressure were found in control group and isotonic saline immersion group. Hypernatremia,hyperkalemia,hyperchloremia and hypertonic dehydration were found in seawater immersion group.?Conclusion Seawater immersion after open abdominal wound can result in hypernatremia,hyperkalemia,hyperchloremia and hypertonic dehydration.The degree of severity is associated with the length of seawater immersion.

目的 了解犬腹部开放伤后海水浸泡对其机体电解质水平的影响。方法 实验动物致伤后随机分为对照组、等渗盐水浸泡组和海水浸泡组。对照组为单纯腹外伤 ,后两组动物致伤后分别置入等渗盐水或海水中 ,观察各组动物外周血钠、钾、氯水平及渗透压的变化。结果 对照组及等渗盐水浸泡组致伤前后血浆电解质水平及渗透压无明显变化 ;海水浸泡组出现高钠血症、高钾血症、高氯血症及高渗性脱水。结论海水浸泡对机体血浆电解质水平有严重影响 ,可引起高钠血症、高钾血症、高氯血症及高渗透性脱水 ,影响程度随浸泡时间延长而加大
