The pulverized coal injection for No1 blast furnace at Baoshan I & S Co.should be de-signed on the basis of injecting bituminous coal and recommending coal injection rate of 200~ 250kg/tHM.The coal from Shen Fu coalfield could be selected as injected coal.It is recommended that the coal injection system consist of parallel injection hoppers,a main feed pipe and distributor.The oxygen enrichment percentage of 6% is suitable when the injection rate is of more than 200kg coal/tHM.
