As a new construction material, phosphorous slag cement has been made in batch production. Differing from ordinary slag cement, a kind of mineral (CNS) mainly containing Na_2SO_4 is used in the cement as a retarder instead of gypsum. Because of the influence of CNS and phosphor, there must be some difference in hydration process between phosphorous slag cement and ordinary slag cement. As a new construction material, phosphorous slag cement has been made in batch production. Differing from ordinary slag cement, a kind of mineral (CNS) mainly containing Na_2SO_4 is used in the cement as a retarder instead of gypsum. Because of the influence of CNS and phosphor, there must be some difference in hydration process between phosphorous slag cement and ordinary slag cement. In this paper, the hydration features of phosphorous slag cement are investigated by means of XRD, SEM and reaction kinetics determination. It is found that: (1)CNS accelerates the formation of AFt and hydration of clinker; (2)CNS promotes the dispersion of AFt and solubility of slag; and (3)the structure features of phosphorous slag also make AFt stable in cement paste for a long period. Therefore, phosphorous slag cement has a higher early strength.

新型磷渣硅酸盐水泥作为一种新型结构材料,巳投入批量生产和应用。考虑到达种水泥系采用含有Na_2SO_4的矿物CNS代替石膏作水泥调凝剂,并且磷渣带入的少量P_2O_5将对水泥的水化过程产生一定影响,作者采用XRD,SEM及反应过程分析等手段对新型磷渣水泥的水化恃性进行了研究,发现其水化过程与普通矿渣水泥有些不同,主要表现在:(1)CNS加速了AFt的形成及水泥矿物的水化;(2)CNS促进了AFt的分散及磷渣的溶解反应;(3)磷渣玻璃体的结构特征决定了新型磷渣水泥中的AFt能够长期稳定存在。因此使其具有正常的初凝时间和较高的早期强度。

The technology for reducing the setting time and improving the early strength of phosphorous slag cement (PSC) has been inquired. The 525 PSC with 35% phosphorous slag has been made successfully by using optimum proportioning of compound admixture. Meanwhile, the durability of PSC including chemical resistance, alkaliaggregate reaction, drying shrinkage and carbonation have also been studied.

探讨了缩短磷渣硅酸盐水泥的凝结时间、提高早期强度的技术路线.通过掺加经配比优选的复合外加剂,研制出磷渣掺量达35%的525磷渣硅酸盐水泥,并对该种水泥的耐久性:抗硫酸盐性能、抑制碱集料反应性能、抗干缩性能及抗碳化性能等作了研究.

By using the basic theory of mixed activation of sodium and cacium alkalines and sulphate as well as the mechanism of super high early strength cement,a kind of high phosphorous slag cement (HPSC) has been produced by means of complex admixtures with low cost. Strength test results show that when the dosage of phosphorous slag is 50%~70%, 425 # and 525 # grade HPSC can be produced. Its pore structure function is better than that of ordinary portland cement in the later stage.

运用钠钙硫混合激发理论,并从快硬高强水泥中得到启迪,研制出成本低廉的复合外加剂来生产高掺量磷渣水泥。强度实验结果表明,磷渣掺量为50%~70%(质量百分数)时,使用外加剂技术可生产425#和525#磷渣水泥,它的后期孔结构性能优于普通硅酸盐水泥。
