The author performed several experiments. Firstly, by means of photoelastic experiment, he made a comparison between both 7/8" sucker rods of JB2823-79 and API Specification. Secondly, the author analysed the surface stress distribution state at the upper forged portions of two 7/8" sucker rods in different structural forms through simulated tests. Thirdly, by means of plane photoelastic experiments on sucker rods in five sizes (5/8", 3/4", 7/8",1" and 1(1/8)") , he analysed the effect of transition fillets near the torque force of the wrench exerted upon the stress distribution of this position. Lastly,through four model tests for different lengths of unloading grooves, the effect of unloading groove length exerted on each ridge of male threads under loaded condition was also analysed.

抽油杆主要失效形式是疲劳断裂,因此,必须对抽油杆的结构形状进行研究。作者用光弹性试验,对JB2823-79和API两种规范的7/8"抽油杆进行了对比,通过两种结构形式的7/8"抽油杆模拟试验,分析了杆头锻造部分的表面应力分布情况;对5/8"、3/4"、7/8"、1"和9/8"五种抽油杆进行了平面光弹试验,分析了扳手方附近的过渡圆角的大小对该部位应力分布的影响;最后又通过四种不同卸荷槽长度的模型试验,分析了卸荷槽长度对公螺纹各牙受载情况的影响。

In order to improve bending fatigue strength, the crankshaft is impeved by two ways: .one is by increasing the transition fillet of crankshaft main journal and connecting rod journal;the other is by increasing the sizeof crankshaft main journal based on the increase of transition fillet. Conclusions of the contrast tests show that twoimprovement can raise the load-supporting ability.

为提高曲轴的弯曲疲劳强度,对曲轴进行了两方面的改进:一是加大了曲轴主轴颈及连杆轴颈的过渡圆角;二是在加大过渡圆角的基础上增大了曲轴主轴径。曲轴弯曲疲劳强度对比试验结果表明,这两种改进都增加了曲轴的承载能力。

Cause of automobile clutch housing cracking is studied by means of modern analyzing instrument such as motalloscope,scazming electron microscope and energy spectrum moter etc. Result of analysis shows that toughness of material is reduced due to low strength and too much gas holes in the material used, stress concentration due to lack of transition fillet on both sides of housing internal surface, also stress concentration due to bending and strong vibration in operation. 运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等现代分析仪器,研究了汽车离合器壳体的开裂原因。结果表明,离合器所用材料强度低、气孔多,使材料韧性降低;壳体两侧面的内表面无过渡圆角,导致应力集中;壳体在弯矩和强烈振动作用下,应力集中出现纹,导致开裂和破断.针对以上问题提出了改进措施。
