     Its anti-viral mechanism was preliminary reported in this article. By using purified CVB3 as a viral protein control, the method of plaque forming test and labelling viral protein with L-35S-Methionine were introduced. Our results showed that SFA did not interfere the viral adsorption and penetration into the cells, but it could enter into the cells and influence the viral biosynthesis, particularly inhibit the synthesis of viral protein.

The results showed that GS could significantly raise the number of spleen plaque-forming cells of SHR in vivo, had little influence on the number of thymus cell forming rossett and significantly improved spleen cell proliferation action induced by Con A outside the body of SHR and that GS had slight effect on cellular immunodeficiency caused by atrophied thymnus, but GS could activate Tlymphocytes in the spleen and cause them to proliferate so that it could regulate the function of humoral immunity. GS is better administered by mouth, than by hypodermic injection. The result of intraperitoneal injection is unsatisfactory. The proper concentration of administration is 150 mg per kelogram a day (150 mg/kg/day).

应用空斑形成试验,花结形成试验及ConA诱导脾细胞增殖试验等测定了人参茎叶总皂甙对SHR大鼠的免疫调节作用。结果人参总皂甙在体内能使SHR大鼠脾细胞空斑形成值显著增加,对胸腺细胞的花环形成值有微弱作用,在体外对conA诱导的脾细胞增殖反应有明显促进作用,提示人参茎叶总皂甙在体内对萎缩性胸腺所致的细胞免疫功能缺陷作用甚微,但能激活脾脏内T细胞增殖,从而调节SHR大鼠的体液免疫功能。本文是在“人参茎叶总皂甙对自发性高血压大鼠免疫功能和高血压的影响一文的基础上,又增添了人参茎叶总皂甙不同给药途径对SHR大鼠免疫功能影响的观察。人参茎叶总皂甙对SHR大鼠免疫调节的给药途径以灌服最佳,皮下注射次之,腹腔注射较差。给药最适浓度为150mg/kg/日。

本文选用小鼠溶血空斑形成试验研究了异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)对Bal/C小鼠脾细胞的作用,选用ANAE染色法观察了IPDI对SD大鼠外周血T细胞的影响,并采用体外培养方法研究了IPDI对人外周血T细胞在PHA刺激下增殖转化的影响。结果表明,IPDI对小鼠脾脏抗体生成细胞的数量和功能均有抑制作用,并呈现出剂量-反应关系;而对细胞免疫反应在大鼠和人均表现为双向作用。

The electron microscopy, agar gel precip-itin test, plaque - forming test and pock forming test showed that their biological characteristics were the same as MDV. Based upon the results of fluorescence group-specific monoclonal antibody staining, cultivation on chick embryo fibroblasts and reproduced infection in chicklings, they were identified as serogroup 1. The immunization test of HVT indicated that the protection rate for chicklings challenged with C- 4 strain was much lower than that of those with Jing-1 strain (P<0.01), but there were no statistical differences between the protection rates for Jing - 1 strain and for the others.

从长春、天津、大连地区分离到10株马立克氏病病毒(MDV),经电镜观察、琼脂扩散试验、痘斑及蚀斑形成试验,均符合MDV的特点.通过MDV单克隆抗体、鸡胚细胞培养及致病性试验等鉴定,10株病毒均为血清I群MDV.火鸡疱疹病毒疫苗对其中的C-4株的保护率低于京-1株(P<0.01),而对其它株的保护率与京-1株差异不显著(P>0.05).
