目的 对引进的 5种虫媒病毒 :马雅罗病毒 (MAY) ,西门利克病毒 (SFV) ,墨累谷脑炎病毒 (MVE) ,伊利乌斯病毒 (ILH)和布尼安姆韦拉病毒 (BUN)进行生物学性状的研究。方法 乳鼠脑内接种传代及致病性观察 ;制作电镜标本进行病毒的形态学观察 ;病毒的理化试验 (核酸型、耐乙醚、耐酸试验 ) ;进行病毒的空斑试验和血凝试验 ;采用 5种虫媒病毒 (MAY ,SFV ,MVE ,ILH ,BUN)及CHIK ,WN ,JBE病毒抗血清与 5种虫媒病毒血凝素进行交叉血凝抑制试验 ;结果与结论 发现 5种病毒具有典型虫媒病毒的生物学特征。脑内接种后 ,乳鼠死亡时间及症状不同。病毒均为有包膜的球形RNA病毒 ,在细胞浆内增殖 ,对酸和乙醚敏感。 5种病毒形成不同大小的空斑和具有不同的血凝特性 ,同组内的病毒可以发生交叉血凝抑制反应。
