The average designed depth of the wells has reached at 4 95lm,and the actual completed well average depth was 4 850m which is the highest in these years. In view of the situations of complicated geological characteristics and deep well drilling problems, an overall matching technique is applicated including jet drilling,wellbore quality control, balanced drilling,anti-collapse, optimized well bore design, downhole dynamic drilling units with BDC bits,premium drilling fluid,directional coring,completing fluid for protecting gas formation,deep well cementing etc. At the same time,it is tested to offset well location so as to help drilling reach the target by using formation selfdeflection.

大天池构造带位于川东高陡构造区,地腹形态复杂,地层倾角大,产层多,具有喷、漏、塌、卡、斜、毒等多种特性。1992年,四川石油管理局川东钻探公司在该构造带先后开钻10口井,平均设计井深达4951m,实际完钻井深平均4850m,是川东历年平均完钻井深之最。针对该构造带复杂的地质特点和深井钻井难点,综合配套推广应用了喷射钻井、井身质量控制、平衡钻进与井控、综合治漏、优化井身结构设计、井下动力钻具带BDC钻头、优质钻井液、定向取心,保护气层钻井完井液、深井固井等10项新工艺新技术,并开展了利用地层自然造斜规律合理偏移地面井位实现定向中靶及聚合物重泥浆试验。为提高深井钻井速度提供了借鉴。

The well cementing technology for Sichuan region is mainly aimed at the fractured carbonate gas reservoirs which are characterized by the multiple pressure systems,the greatly different pressure coefficient among the beds,the high formation pressure,the high content of H 2S and the great well′s depth,etc.Through efforts for tens of year,the anti-gas-channelling cementing technology and tools,the cement slurry additives and their test methods and surface operation technique,etc.which are of characteristics and are effective under the complex geological condition have been formed,solving a series of diffcult technical problems and promoting the progress in well cementing technology in Sichaun.In this paper,the well cementing technology and relative technique for the low-pressure absorption wells and high-pressure gas wells met frequently in deep well cementing in Sichuan region,the development and application situation of mud to cement and the successful experiences in the well cementing for high-angle well,long cementing interval and slim-hole short casing string are presented,and the operation technique in Sichuan region is presented also.The application of this technique makes the technological measures be effectively carried out and the well cementing quality be ensured.

四川地区的固井技术主要是针对碳酸盐岩裂缝性气藏表现出的压力层系多 ,各层压力系数相差大 ;地层压力高、含硫化氢高 ,井深等地质特点而进行的。经几十年的努力 ,形成了具有特色且行之有效的复杂地质条件下的防气窜、施工设计、注水泥工艺、工具、水泥浆外加剂及试验方法、地面施工技术等 ,解决了一系列的生产技术难题 ,推动了四川固井技术进步。文章介绍了四川地区深井固井中常见的低压漏失井、高压气井的固井工艺及相关的配套技术。以及泥浆转化为固井液 (MTC)技术开发应用的情况和大斜度井、长封固段和小井眼短套管柱尾管固井的成功经验。文章还介绍了四川地区地面施工技术 ,该项技术的应用 ,保证了工艺措施的有效实施和固井质量。
